We request that all pupils should access the school grounds via the turnstiles at the bottom of the steps or through the gate at the Community Centre. Children arriving by car should be set down in the car parks adjacent to the school in front of the church or at the Community Centre. Please do not park in the area along the school wall which is reserved for school buses. Please also remind your children that they should only cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. These requests are made in the interest of avoiding congestion and ensuring the safety of all children.
On Wednesday morning we ask all pupils to assemble on the Astro Pitch where they will meet with their class teacher.
School opening/closing times
9.20 am to 3pm for pupils in 1st – 6th class
9.20am to 2pm for Infants classes.
Junior Infants will have a shorter day 9.20 am – 12 Noon from Wednesday 31st August to Friday 9th September.
Please note that children should not be on school grounds before 9.10am and there is no supervision by school staff before that time.
