The above items should not be brought to school.  However, if, in exceptional circumstances, a parent wishes their child to bring their phone/iPad/smart watch to school for use at an afterschool activity, a written request should be made to the class teacher – the device must be turned off and given to the teacher before classes begin, and remain switched off at all times, while on school premises.  This is in the interest of the privacy and welfare of all students and staff.  No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.
