Scoil Phádraig was filled with excitement today as the children eagerly waited for their delicious pancake on ‘Pancake Tuesday’.  The sweet smell of pancakes filled the corridors as Fiona and our hard working Student Council and some students from 6th class whipped up 150+ pancake for everyone to enjoy. The children topped them off with all kinds of tasty toppings including chocolate and hazelnut spread, marshmallows, jam, butter, sweets, syrup, sugar, fresh fruits and sprinkles…..Yum Yum! Many thanks to Fiona and the students for their hard work all day.  They were the best pancakes in Monaghan….you batter believe it!
